Bains Software releases Rubbish 1.3.1 Trash utility

Bains Software today announced the availability of Rubbish 1.3.1, an update to it’s trash manager for Mac OS X. Rubbish deletes files after they’ve been in the Trash for a specified period of time, anywhere from an hour to a month. In addition, it doesn’t allow you to delete files prematurely — files will be deleted on schedule only. When you drag a file to the Trash, Rubbish will intercept the file and leave an alias in the Trash. When you empty the Trash, the alias is deleted, but the original file remains intact.
