Virtual PC for Mac to get the axe

Microsoft today said it will discontinue development of Virtual PC for Mac, reports MacCentral. “Mac BU has made the decision not to move forward with a Universal version of Virtual PC at this time; however, current Virtual PC customers will continue to receive product support,” said a Microsoft spokesperson in a statement.

Quark today announced the availability of QuarkXPress 7 as a Universal application for Mac OS X 10.4.
