Ergonis Software releases Typinator 1.4.1

Ergonis Software has announced the release of Typinator 1.4.1, the latest version of its typing automator tool. Typinator enables users to rapidly insert text or graphics into any type of application. Version 1.4.1 improves compatibility with non-US keyboard layouts and adopts a new technique to deal with keyboard changes more efficiently. The update is recommended for all Typinator users. Report: Apple settles iTunes patent case

A story on Macworld UK today notes that Apple has settled an iTunes-related lawsuit which claimed the company stole the application’s design from another party. “David Contois, owner of Contois Music and Technology, claimed that he demonstrated digital jukebox software at a tradeshow a decade ago, notes the report. “He filed a lawsuit in June 2005 stating: ‘Apple has copied the invention.
