Apple remains on Nasdaq despite delay

Apple will stay list on Nasdaq, despite the fact it has not filed its financial statements on time, reports TheStreet.com. “Apple filed an 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday disclosing that the Nasdaq listings qualification panel granted the company’s request to remain listed, provided that it file its 10-Q for the June quarter and any restatements by Dec. 29,” notes the story.
