Jim Mitchell has released an updated version of his useful Mac OS X maintenance utility Yasu for better Mac OS X 10.4 and Intel-based Mac compatibility. According to Jim Mitchell, author of the software, “Very simply, Yasu does quickly in one place what can be done using the Terminal application to perform first line, basic maintenance on any Macintosh system running OSX 10.2 or later. I wanted a simple piece of software that allowed me to not have to remember all of the terminal commands in order to keep my system optimized. Since there were no free solutions that filled that specific bill, I decided to write Yasu.”
