Roobasoft today released rooSwitch 1.0, an application to help manage multiple profiles for almost any application on Mac OS X. Drop an application on rooSwitch and it does its best to find what settings files are associated with that application. rooSwitch then allows the user to create a copy of the profile, or start from scratch. Switching between profiles is painless. When switching, rooSwitch will automatically detect if the application is running, quit the application, switch the data files, and then re-launch the application. rooSwitch 1.0 is a Universal Binary and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later. A single user license is priced at US$14.95 and a free 30-day trial is available.
