AppZapper.com has announced the release of AppZapper 1.3. AppZapper allows users to confidently uninstall virtually any application, widget, preference pane and plugin as easily as it was installed — just drag and drop. AppZapper intelligently finds leftover support files and allows users to put them in the trash with a single click. Version 1.3 introduces QuickZap, which allows users to zap widgets, preference panes, and plugins using a simple gear menu. Prior to QuickZap, widget, preference pane, and system plugin zapping required navigating the system folders. AppZapper is priced at US$12.95, but the application may be available for free through a promotion with MacZot.com.
