Decimus Software today announced the release of Synk 5.2, the latest version of the company’s easy-to-use synchronization and backup software. Besides being a Universal Binary for native execution on both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs, version 5.2 also adds AES encryption support for backups, a clearer and more compact interface, and a variety of other improvements and bug fixes. Synk 5.2 requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later and is priced at US$20 for non-commercial use, and $40 for commercial use (single-user registrations are free to education customers). A free demo version is also available.
