Other World Computing (OWC) today announced the introduction of a new, enhanced FireWire 800-equipped version of its Mercury On-The-Go line of portable, high-capacity 2.5-inch drives for storage on the go. The Mercury On-The-Go portable storage solutions are priced starting at US$129.99, and offered with capacities from 40- to 160GB and speeds up to 7,200 RPM on the 100GB models and 5,400 for 160GB models. In addition, the new drives ship with a carrying case, FireWire cable, USB Cable, EMC/Dantz Retrospect and Intech Speed Tools.
