Forbes has posted an article on the legal battle between Apple and Burst.com. “The latest issue centers on technology used in Apple’s mega-popular iPod player and iTunes software and service,” notes the story. “According to Steve Jobs’ Apple, Burst approached the company in late 2004 regarding agreeing a license for its technology. Burst then informed Apple that it believed Apple was infringing on its patents and that it would launch action.” Burst says it “remains committed to the enforcement of its intellectual property.”
