MacGPS Pro 5.1 is the latest version of the program for communicating with a Garmin GPS receiver. It allows users to import background maps from a wide variety of sources, and shows the user’s current location and velocity, GPS Waypoints, Track logs, and Routes. The update stitches adjacent USGS Digital Raster Topo Maps together on a Mac screen, simultaneously shows multiple raster maps in the same Mac window, and locates USGS topo maps by the Quad Name.

Bubblegym: Controlled by Sudden Motion Sensor

Bubblegym, a game that is controlled by tilting the whole computer, has a
new release. The game utilizes the SMS (Sudden Motion Sensor) and hence
will work for the latest Powerbooks and iBooks. For other computers, the
tilting can be simulated by using the arrow keys although most of the
experience is lost.
