Jobs to deliver keynote address at Macworld Expo

IDG World Expo today announced that Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, will deliver the opening keynote address for Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. PT. Peninsula Group releases new thermal printer drivers

Peninsula Group today announced that it has shipped thermal printer drivers for Mac OS X, with support for TEC, Brady and Tharo printers. These drivers now enable thermal transfer labeling printers from Datamax, Eltron, Zebra, Tharo, TEC, Brady, Intermec and Peninsula to be used as standard printers on Mac OS X. The driver now supports direct USB connection for most printers. For those that are not supported a USB-to-Parallel cable is available.
