Panic has updated three of its popular software titles to ensure compatibility for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. Transmit 3.1, the new version of its popular FTP client, offers improved compatibility with Tiger, a new Safari-like Queue window, a new “Merge” choice when transferring existing folders, improved SFTP transfer speeds, support for HTTP proxies, more flexible synchronization filtering, support for more third-party editors, and more.

Salling Clicker ready for Tiger

Salling Software has released Salling Clicker 2.2.1, an update to its popular utility that turns a mobile phone or PDA into a remote control for your Mac. The new version brings support for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, and adds official support for recent phone model updates, and offers other minor tweaks and fixes. Developer Jonas Salling also hints that today’s launch will be followed by a major new version of Salling Clicker in late spring or early summer 2005.

StickyBrain update adds Tiger compatibility

Chronos has released StickyBrain 3.4.1, a free update to its note manager for Mac OS X. This new release adds compatibility for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. Chronos said it will soon be releasing a special version of StickyBrain that will add Tiger-specific features including Spotlight support and a Dashboard widget.
