Nissan releases car navigation system for iPod

Nissan today announced that it has started marketing a car navigation system that allows drivers to connect an iPod to the Nissan vehicles, reports Tokyo Today. “The new navigation system, backed by a designated iPod connector, gives drivers in-car control of their iPods through its 7-inch touch screen display, Nissan said.” The system, which sells for 315,000 yen, features Nissan’s CARWINGS telematics service and also allows drivers to play CD/MD/DVDs.

Apple now limiting bandwidth on .Mac accounts

Apple has quietly added a new upgrade option for .Mac users. In what appears to be a new policy, users are now limited to 3GB of bandwidth per month, with an upgrade option of 10GB data transfer per month for US$49.95 per year.
