The Leading Antivirus Program for Mac Provides New Features and Greater
Security Against Viruses in Version 10.4

Paris, September 20, 2005 – Intego, the Macintosh security specialist,
today announced Intego VirusBarrier X4, the new version of its widely
acclaimed antivirus program for Macs. Intego VirusBarrier X4 incorporates a
range of new features that have been designed to provide users with
advanced protection against all known viruses, including Word and Excel

thorough protection against viruses of all types coming from infected files

downloaded from the Internet or other types of networks.

“The virus threat is present everywhere. Every computer user needs to take
this threat seriously to stop viruses from proliferating,” said Laurent
Marteau, CEO of Intego. “Intego VirusBarrier X4 detects virus activity at
multiple levels, eliminating the risk of viruses spreading and reeking
havoc on both businesses and consumers alike.”
