REALVIZ today announced a series of workshops on panoramic photography and virtual tour creation for Fall 2005. The sessions will take place at various locations across the US, beginning in September, and are aimed specifically at photographers who are passionate about panoramic photography. Apple, Nikon, Adobe and Kaidan have joined REALVIZ as co-sponsors of the tour, which will give photography enthusiasts the “opportunity to get up-close to some of the best equipment on the market, and find out how the right tools and workflow can enable them to create superb high-quality panoramas for the Web/VR, film or print in next to no time.” The 2-hour workshops will cover a variety of topics, including: how to choose the right camera, selecting lenses and panorama heads, tips on how to shoot the best pictures, computer requirements, how to stitch images together, editing of images and possible output options.
