Intuit today announced the release of Quicken for Mac 2006, the latest version of the company’s personal finance software product. “Featuring improvements to the way transactions are downloaded and appear in Quicken and a way to back up data to Apple’s .Mac service, Quicken for Mac 2006 shows Intuit’s continuing support for the Mac platform and an unrelenting focus on solving evolving customer needs, notes the company. Quicken Personal Finance Software for Mac 2006 is available beginning today for a suggested retail price of US$69.95, less a $20 mail-in rebate until November 30, 2005.
