QuickerTek today announced the debut of two new Point-to-Point and Point-to-MultiPoint network product bundles. “These Do-It-Yourself product bundles were created to ease concerns over assembling the exact equipment for creating wireless networks spanning more than a mile. The hardware is Windows and Mac compatible.” Compatibility includes the Apple AirPort and AirPort Extreme Base Stations (not Express). There is a specific package for the AirPort Extreme with the external antenna port. A two Transceiver package for (non-antenna port) AirPort Base Station systems is priced at US$999.95, while the Apple AirPort Base Station package with the AirPort Express (with external antenna port) $,1099.95.
