As first noted by iPodlounge, Kensington recently announced the availability of the Stereo Dock for iPod, an accessory that allows users to play iPod tunes through any stereo system with line-in capability, and charges the iPod at the same time. It includes an infrared remote control that operates from up to 30 feet away with buttons for Play/Pause, Skip Forward, Skip Back, Volume Up and Volume Down. The Stereo Dock is made for all iPods with dock connector, including 15GB, 20GB, 30GB, 40GB, 60GB, iPod mini and iPod photo. Stereo Dock for iPod carries an estimated street price of US$89.99.
