IMSI today announced the release of TurboCAD for Mac OS X Tiger, the latest version of the company’s CAD application. The new version of the software includes over 250 design and drafting tools with tips and customizable keyboard shortcuts, all intended to bring more efficiency to the design process. It contains a full complement of dimensioning tools and snaps, as well as the capability to import of fifteen and export of eleven different CAD and graphics formats. IMSI plans to release a second, 2D/3D version of TurboCAD for Mac OS X later this year. TurboCAD requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later and is priced US$99.
