Apple CEO Steve Jobs made a surprise appearance at Apple’s SoHo retail store in New York City this past Thursday, according to the New York Daily News. “The way they keep secrets in this company is crazy,” an employee reportedly said to one customer. “I only found out he was here because the managers told us to smile more.”
