Apple Store coming to Jacksonville, FL

Apple is among the retail tenants announced recently by the developers of the US$300 million St. John’s Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. “At state Route 9A and J. Turner Butler Boulevard, the development will feature 580,000 square feet of retail space for shops, restaurants and banks; 300,000 square feet of Class A office space; a 150 room hotel; and 450 multi-family housing units,” according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
