Primera upgrades DVD duplicators & publishers

Primera Technology today announced that all Composer and Publisher-series DVD duplicators now record DVD R media at up to 16x speeds with 4x Dual Layer capability. Pioneer’s new DVR-108 drive records both DVD-R and DVD+R media at 16x and CD-Rs at 32x. Dual Layer DVDs burn at 4x and allow 8.5GB of data onto a single side of Double Layer media equivalent to four hours of standard video.

Mac Design Magazine has partnered with CDW-MacWarehouse and announced that they are giving away an iMac G5 for the holidays.
