Griffin Technologies, LLC today announced it has begun shipping SecuriKey, a two-factor (token/password) USB-based authentication solution. Featuring a USB token that acts like an “ignition key” for any desktop or portable Mac, SecuriKey for Macintosh is “the most convenient and reliable way yet to protect Macs from unwanted use.” SecuriKey requires Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) or higher and is priced at US$129. The product includes two USB tokens, security software, and complete installation instructions.
