Intelli Innovations has updated Barcode Automator, the batch barcode generation suite for Mac OS X, to version 3.0. The update offers such new features as: customizable naming schemes, allowing the user to define the values and names used to identify finished barcode graphics; a complete price barcode add-on and magazine issue support, supporting both 2 and 5-digit additions; support for creating barcodes that represent Global Trade Identification Numbers (GTIN); enhanced numeric range functionality, offering direct input for price and step values; extensive PostScript font utilities; a streamlined value editor interface; an IntelliScanner Barcode Tester; a new AutoRestore feature with XML storage; and more. Barcode Automator 3.0 costs US$499 for new users.
