The USA Network is offering a contest to promote its new “The 4400” series, which premieres on July 11th. “One Grand Prize winner will receive 4,400 iTune [sic] song downloads and a 40GB iPod. In addition, five First Prize winners will receive a 20GB iPod and five Second Prize winners will receive a 15GB iPod.” The contest runs until Monday, July 12th.
