MacCenter, South Florida’s oldest Apple Specialist Dealer, will host a “virtual book signing” on Saturday, May 22, as part of their day-long “Meet and Geek” gathering. Nitrozac and Snaggy, authors of “The Best of The Joy of Tech,” will “appear” from their home in British Columbia via Apple’s iChatAV and iSight. The authors will be able to interact with fans, and sign books electronically using digital ink. Also appearing virtually will be actor and author Wil Wheaton. He will perform readings from his first book, “Dancing Barefoot.” MacCenter is located at 343 West Commercial Boulevard, Suite 100, Fort Lauderdale.
