Logitech has previewed three new game controllers at this week’s 2004 Electronic Entertainment Exposition. All are Mac compatible and sport USB connectivity. The Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2, due this fall for $39.99, uses 2.4GHz wireless technology, including frequency hopping that eliminates potential wireless interference. It runs on two AA batteries, which are estimated to last for more than 100 hours of play. It features dual-vibration feedback for extra realism. A version with cords, the RumblePad 2, will be offered for $29.99. The US$9.99 Logitech Precision GamePad, which comes in translucent blue, is designed to be Logitech’s most affordable game controller.
