Daniel East, founder and president of The Mid-Atlantic Apple/Macintosh User Groups Team (MaMUGs), will be a guest speaker at the Friday, May 14 meeting of The Long Island Macintosh Users Group (LIMac). The 7 p.m. meeting will be held at the Old Westbury campus of the New York Institute of Technology. Presented in cooperation with Matterform Software and Tonbrand Software, East will present “Intro to Effective Web design: Making it work for everyone,” along with the latest Mac news and “Tech 911 Q/A” help for members. East is a member of The Apple Consultants Network, a freelance reporter for various Mac publications a presenter at various user group functions, conferences and seminars and co-host of “PCTalk Radio” with Levin Communications.
