Slim Devices has chopped the retail price on their network music players by up to 25 percent. The Squeezebox Wired, an Ethernet-only player, will now retail for US$199 and Squeezebox Wireless, with built-in WiFi support, will go for $279. The Squeezebox products–which stream music from a user’s computer to any stereo or home theater–support such digital music formats as MP3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, and uncompressed audio (AIFF or WAV).
