A London High Court judge on Tuesday struck down Apple Computer’s request to have the trademark lawsuit between it and Apple Corps moved from Britain to the United States. Apple Computer argued that the U.S. was the proper place for the hearing as this was where the original agreement between the two companies was struck. Apple Corps, which is owned by members of the Beatles and their families, claims that the iTunes Music Store breaches a 1991 agreement over the “Apple” trademark.
