Big Nerd Ranch, which offers training classes for Mac OS X and Unix programmers in a retreat setting outside Atlanta, Georgia, will be home to the
Apache Bootcamp May 17-21. The course will look at the nuts and bolts of building, configuring and securing an Apache server with introductions to developing Web server applications with CGI, PHP, and mod_perl, according to MacTech. The class price of US$3,500 covers lodging, all meals, original instruction materials, 24-hour lab access, and transportation to and from the Atlanta airport.
