Sharp has announced the XG-P25X LCD projector and the LC-M3700 LDC video monitor. The US$7,995 XG-P25X offers 4000 ANSI Lumens brightness, native XGA (1024×768) resolution, two computer inputs and one digital video interface (DVI-I) input. The LC-M3700, also $7,995, is a 37-inch professional LCD video monitor with a backlight that has a 60,000-hour life. It features widescreen high-definition resolution, true 16 x 9 aspect ratio, 1366 x 768 native resolution, an 800:1 contrast ratio, component video inputs and personal computer connectivity.
