Native Instruments today announced the release of Traktor FinalScratch 1.5.1, the latest version of its digital DJ system. Version 1.5.1 expands on the functionality of the digital DJ system and brings important optimizations for use with Mac OS X 10.3. The company says that a “major new feature of Traktor FinalScratch 1.5.1 is the new ‘Key Correct’ function, which allows DJs to change tempo while preserving the original pitch of the track.” Other improvements include a customizable user interface an enhanced visualization of audio tracks. Customers who purchased their FinalScratch system after January 1, 2004 can download the update for free or receive an update CD at the discounted price of US$19. The regular price for Traktor FinalScratch 1.5.1 is $69.
