For over a year, Forbes has been asking its readers to rate the performance of America’s most notable chief executive officers (CEOs) on a monthly basis. And with “hundreds of thousands” of votes cast, Apple CEO Steve Jobs has nabbed the highest rating ever (94 percent in February), it was announced on Tuesday.
