Space Shuttle Columbia goes down

The Space Shuttle Columbia today disintegrated in the upper atmosphere while attempting to land at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. All seven astronauts onboard were lost. All of us here at MacMinute would like to extend our condolences and offer our prayers to the families and friends of those seven men and women that knew the dangers and yet still braved on in an effort to increase our knowledge of what lies beyond our own planet.
