MCE Technologies today announced new internal DVD-R upgrades for the Power Mac G4, G4 Cube, PowerBook G4, Power Mac G3, PowerBook G3 (FireWire/Bronze), iBook (Dual USB), iMac (Flat-Panel), iMac (Slot-Loading), and iMac (Rev. A-D). The drive upgrades for the G4-based Power Mac, Cube, PowerBook, and iMac systems are compatible with Apple’s DVD Studio Pro, iTunes 3, Finder Burning and, while not officially supported by Apple, with iDVD 3.
