Skullcandy recently introduced the LINK, headphones combined with hands-free cellular phone technology that allows users to both listen to music from a portable audio device and send and receive calls through a mobile phone at the same time, as noted by Gizmodo. With the US$29.95 LlNK, a user’s phone rings directly and gently into the headset, on top of the music, and automatically answers the call, without the user ever touching either device.

Apple, Westfield announce NZ “Shop for Your School” campaign

Westfield, a global shopping center organization, and Apple today announced that they have partnered for the “Shop for Your School” campaign, which will provide over NZ$500,000 worth of computers and associated educational equipment to New Zealand primary and intermediate schools. The Westfield and Apple campaign invites shoppers to collect points for the nominated school of their choice.
