The Iconfactory today announced the launch of StockIcons.com, a new Web site targeted at software developers looking for professional quality stock icons for inclusion in their desktop or Web-based applications. Each stock set, priced at US$349, comes with 80 individual icons rendered in three pixel sizes — 32×32, 24×24 and 16×16. Apple UK posts iPod radio ads

Apple UK has posted two radio spots from its radio advertising campaign that kicked off in the UK last week. The ads, “7500 songs… is that a typo?!” and “Jazz, Classical, Opera, Funk, Soul…”, feature the voice of Hollywood actor Jeff Goldblum, star of “Jurassic Park” and Apple’s own television ads. The radio campaign will run until mid-July.

DMA to offer Final Cut Pro 4 training

The Digital Media Academy (DMA) announced this week that it will be among the first organizations in the country to provide training in Apple’s new Final Cut Pro 4 video/film editing software. DMA’s 5-day immersion courses will be held June 23 through August 15, 2003 at Stanford University. Further information on the training is available from the company’s Web site.
