Merrill Lynch has upgraded Apple stock to “neutral” from “sell” based on their belief that yesterday’s launch of the Power Mac G5 should lead to a replacement cycle in the segment. Merril thinks that the sales should positively impact Apple’s bottom line over the next several quarters.
