Utah Apple reseller opening store in Salt Lake area

ExperCom of Utah has announced it is opening a new Apple authorized sales and service location to serve the Salt Lake area. The new ExperCom store in Murray, Utah, will feature a full line of Apple hardware and software, as well as a variety of printers, scanners, cameras, camcorders and third-party software. ExperCom is also a full-service Apple Authorized Service Provider. The store is located at 256 East 6400 South, just south of the Fashion Place Mall.

Fujifilm announces USB 2.0 flash drive

Fujifilm today announced that it will be shipping a new USB 2.0 flash drive next month with capacities up to 1GB. The pocket-sized personal storage device offers a maximum read-speed rate of 4MB per second and write-speed of up to 3MB per second. Both speeds are nearly four times faster than the previous generation of flash memory storage products, according to the company.
