WiebeTech announces Forensic ComboDock

WiebeTech today announced the Forensic ComboDock, a write-blocked FireWire 800/400 and USB 2.0 bridge for 3.5-inch IDE drives. “This new product is perfectly suited for high-speed forensic analysis of data storage devices and will be especially useful for law enforcement and criminal investigation marketplaces. The product allows data to be read from drives without risk of writing data back to the drives.” Forensic ComboDock will be available in January for US$399.95 or $529.95 with an optional Serial ATA adapter.
