Gideon Softworks today announced the release of Autologin 1.1 and Dock-It 1.5.1. Autologin is a preference pane that can automatically mount Appleshare volumes when you login to your system. Dock-It is a multifunctional launcher and Finder enhancer for Mac OS X. Autologin is freeware and Dock-It is priced at US$12. MacMinute has confirmed that a new Apple Store will be among several stores having their grand opening on October 24 at the Legacy Village retail center in Lyndhurst, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. The store, first noted here in June, will have its opening on the same day that Apple retail stores nationwide plan to host the “Night of the Panther” special event for the release of Mac OS X 10.3 Panther.
