Mixed reactions for Windows iTunes

Numerous Windows users have now had time to try out Apple’s iTunes — and reactions are ranging from unabashed praise to complaints of crashes on Windows 2000, reports CNET News.com. Apple declined to say how many people have downloaded the software, but an executive said that it has been very popular since its release yesterday. “The downloads have been going full tilt constantly,” said Peter Lowe, Apple’s director of marketing for applications and services.
