Brother International today introduced its next generation of mid-range office laser printers — the HL-6050D and network-ready HL-6050DN. The printers offer up to 25ppm print speed, built-in duplex (for two-sided printing), large standard and expandable paper capacity, a wireless networking option, and advanced print functionality. The new HL-6050 series replaces the HL-1800 series with a 6 page per minute speed increase, higher standard input and output paper capacity, and twice the standard memory (for the HL-6050D base model). The HL-6050D and HL-6050DN carry an estimated street price of US$549 and $699, respectively.
