Element Software has announced the release of Copper 2004: Standard, the newest version of its project management tool designed for creative studios. Copper enables organizations to track, manage, and share project and client related information via a centralized server running Mac OS X, Windows or Linux. The new version includes a number of major enhancements including calendar traffic view, and powerful search functions. The company said there is also a Corporate version due for release before Christmas that will include Gantt chart and advanced reporting and file handling features. Copper sells for US$299.
