Maxon today announced the release of Cinema 4D R8.5, the latest upgrade to the company’s professional 3D animation system. New features in this release include an enhanced material manager, sub-surface scattering, a new radiosity mode, vector motion blur, as well as import and export of the FBX file format. Upgrades to Cinema R8.5 start at US$149.
