Forbes has published its latest technology CEO job approval ratings, where visitors can vote on the performance of a list of CEOs. Apple CEO Steve Jobs received a rating of 89% for September, down from 91% in August. Rounding out the top three are John Chambers of Cisco Systems at 80% and Larry Ellison of Oracle at 38%.
