Forbes has published its latest technology CEO job approval ratings, where visitors can vote on the performance of a list of CEOs. Apple CEO Steve Jobs received a rating of 91% for August, up from 77% in July. Rounding out the top three are John Chambers of Cisco Systems at 76% and Carleton Fiorina of HP at only 43%. Also of note, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer received an embarrassing 7% approval rating.
