Nikon will equip 50 digital photography enthusiasts with top-of-the-line digital SLR cameras for the “South Beach Photo Safari,” an exclusive photo shoot in Miami’s South Beach district as part of this year’s PhotoshopWorld Conference & Expo, which takes place September 30 to October 2. Photoshop User magazine’s digital camera guru Jim Patterson will lead two teams through the trendy South Beach district for an afternoon of shooting professional models and Miami architecture. After the photo shoot, all participants will meet at the Roney Palace Beach Resort for the second half of the workshop. Digital photography experts will review the best shots taken and share their secrets for working with 16-bit digital camera images in Photoshop. Final images from the Safari will be shown during PhotoshopWorld sessions. Registration for the Photo Safari is US$199 and limited to the first 50 participants (PhotoshopWorld conference attendees only).
